About the event
"Reboot of Environment" looked at the people around us after a move: who genuinely supports you, and who quietly drains your energy. The event ran a full day at All Portugal Space.
Psychiatrist, psychotherapist and sexologist Maksim Egorov spoke on intimate relationships and family stress under isolation. Psychologist and psychotherapist Anna Shepel addressed friendship and communication while relocating. An invited speaker covered building business networks and finding partners in a new country. Emotionally-focused therapist Natalia Kovshar closed with a session on maintaining long-distance relationships.
The day opened with brief framing remarks from Anna Kopylkova, founder of All Portugal.
