Digital Consciousness Conference

"Digital Consciousness" examined what it means to live with a mind split between two realities, physical and digital, across a full day of six specialist sessions at All Portugal Space.

Elena Kornoukhova opened on the psychological challenges and opportunities of digitalized consciousness; Anna Shatalova spoke on how gadgets shape childhood and feed anxiety; Elina Bezumova addressed gadget dependency in children with ADHD; Anna Shepel covered the ecology of attention; and Tatiana Barzakovskaya presented the Mozgoshkola project on brain health in a digital age. The day closed with a discussion on managing people and teams in digital contexts.
